Tedford on Scott Van Pelt Show Thursday

(BERKELEY) – Cal head coach Jeff Tedford is scheduled to be a guest on The Scott Van Pelt Show on Thursday, December 1. Tedford’s interview with hosts Scott Van Pelt and Ryen Russillo is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. PST. The show airs nationally on ESPN Radio affiliates and online at ESPN.com. It is also simulcast on ESPN News from 10 a.m. – Noon, PST.

Cal (7-5, 4-5 Pac-12) finished its 2011 regular-season schedule by winning three of its final four games and outscoring those four opponents, 128-82, with its only loss coming narrowly on the road at the hands of a Stanford team that finished the regular season at No. 4 in the BCS Standings, as well as the AP Top 25 and USA Today Poll.

The Bears are bowl eligible for the eighth time in the last nine seasons under Tedford, who has compiled a 79-47 (.627) record during his 10 seasons in Berkeley. Cal will find out its 2011 bowl when selections are made on Sunday, Dec. 4. For more information on Cal’s bowl prospects, visit CalBears.com.

I am a big time sports fan. I love my LA Lakers (don't hate) and my CAL Golden Bears (duh). I pretty much watch any sport, so when the Olympics are on don't bother me. I love finding great food. The website I work for and also use ALL THE TIME for food is www.TryCaviar.com. I'm always looking to find great food and something unique. I watch way too many shows and movies and still looking for more, so if you got any great shows or movies to recommend, please tell me!
